Refund and Returns Policy

At Bake Away, we prepare all cakes and desserts fresh to order with the highest quality ingredients. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we have the following policy:

1.  No Refunds or Returns

Once an order has been collected or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2.  Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard cakes.

For custom or themed cakes, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

3.  Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged upon delivery/pickup, please contact us immediately at admin@bakeaway.pk or 0331 513 2844.

We will offer a replacement or store credit in such cases.

4.  Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
